Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical field.
  • 7+ years of experience supporting automation in a manufacturing environment.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams or major automation projects.
  • Experience with industrial automation systems including PLCs, robotics, HMI systems, vision systems, and industrial networks.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive manufacturing experience.
  • Experience managing multi-site automation support teams.
  • Experience launching new production equipment and manufacturing systems.
  • Knowledge of Industry 4.0, OT systems, industrial networking, and manufacturing data systems.
  • Experience supporting highly automated production environments.
