If you love diagnostics, hands-on repair, and continuous improvement, this is your arena. Your challenge Tackle complex faults across mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, and controls. Own preventive and corrective maintenance while strengthening predictive and spare-parts systems. Be a resource for teammates—support production staff and fellow techs with practical know-how. Rebuild worn parts to “as built” standards in the repair shop to reduce costs. Contribute to retrofits and upgrades; refine SOPs and shop repair instructions. Drive optimizations that elevate product quality, throughput, yield, and cost efficiency. Assist with validation protocols to keep changes compliant and reliable.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Confident reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English.
Comfort with a 12-hour rotating night shift: 6:30 PM–6:30 AM EST, 2 nights on/2 nights off, every other weekend (36–48 hours/week).
Onsite role with 0% travel.
