About The Position

This position is a part of the general maintenance group that installs, maintains, and repairs automated equipment, controls systems, and general equipment in the facility.

Requirements

Proven ability to quickly and effectively troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software issues
Ability to interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams of new and existing systems
Working with cross-functional teams of Operators to Management to solve problems
Excellent communication within a cross-functional team of Operators and Management
Collaborate with Maintenance Technicians and Engineering for new system installation, and continuous improvement projects
Hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting

Nice To Haves

Associate degree in Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, or Electrical Technology
Certification from ISA (Certified Control System Technician – CCST)
Vendor-specific certifications (Siemens, Rockwell, etc.)
OSHA certification

Responsibilities

Help install and repair all equipment throughout the facility, primarily focusing on automated equipment and control systems
Diagnose, repair, and document issues with electrical, mechanical, and software issues to minimize downtime
Adhere to safety protocols, adhere to lockout/tagout procedures, and ensure all systems comply with safety regulations
Assist with the upkeep and repair of buildings and grounds
