Requirements

  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with welding, machining, and industrial maintenance equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
  • Ability to work at heights and operate specialized equipment such as access cranes
  • Pass required maintenance and Ramsay assessments
  • Maintain a strong performance record
  • Adapt to changing business needs, including schedule adjustments as needed
  • Must have authorization to work in the country where the role is based. Schreiber will determine, in its sole discretion, whether to sponsor an individual for work authorization.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining automated and production equipment
  • Supporting the Automated Storage & Retrieval System (ASRS), including work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Performing mechanical rebuilds (gearboxes, hoists, conveyors, and more)
  • Fabricating parts from blueprints and technical drawings
  • Ensuring all equipment meets safety standards
  • Completing maintenance documentation and supporting production teams
  • Assisting with projects and continuous improvement efforts
