Requirements

Currently enrolled in an Electrical Technology, Automation Technology, Mechatronics, or related technical program.
Basic understanding of electrical systems, control panels, PLCs, and industrial automation concepts.
Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot technical issues.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn in a manufacturing environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable working with technology and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

Support the reliability and performance of plant automation systems by monitoring and troubleshooting PLC and HMI-controlled equipment.
Help improve operational efficiency through equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, and system performance checks.
Assist with automation projects by analyzing technical issues, documenting findings, and implementing solutions under the guidance of the Automation team.
Ensure accurate maintenance records and technical documentation while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Gain hands-on experience in a dairy manufacturing environment while learning industry best practices in automation, safety, and quality.
