Requirements

No less than 4 years of experience
Independently drive automation testing activities across web applications, APIs, and backend systems.
Strong automation framework development skills
Experience working in Agile environment
Ability to contribute with minimal supervision from day one
Strong mindset of quality
Capable of designing scalable automation solutions and improving test coverage
Experience supporting CI/CD driven quality engineering practices
4–8 years of BT/QA Automation experience
Strong Python and Playwright expertise
Hands on Selenium framework experience
Strong SQL and API testing skills
CI/CD integration experience
Ability to work independently

Nice To Haves

Healthcare/Insurance domain experience preferred
Framework design experience strongly preferred
