About The Position

Integrate security practices throughout the software development lifecycle. Be responsible for updating and maintaining ansible automation across the environment. Apply advanced consulting skills or extensive technical expertise and industry knowledge to guide the team in integrating new systems and components into the automation framework. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction. Mentor and may supervise team members.

Requirements

6+ years of experience supporting DoD or government agencies
3+ years of experience troubleshooting, triaging, or resolving automation issues using Ansible or PowerShell
Experience with automation tools including Ansible
Experience with version control systems including Git
Experience with operating systems including RHEL
Experience with virtualization, including VMware or Linux KVM
Knowledge of Agile development
Ability to develop tools and processes to drive DevSecOps maturity by automating builds, regression testing, monitoring, and pushing releases across environments
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

Experience with designing and implementing robust, scalable, and efficient CI / CD pipelines
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Configuration as Code (CaC)
Experience with application containerization
Experience with modeling network configuration in JSON and YAML
Experience with network automation in Python and Ansible
Knowledge of networking principles and concepts
Knowledge of API design and object-oriented principles
