About The Position

We are looking for an Automation Support Engineer to provide technical expertise in supporting and improving automated systems within a regulated manufacturing environment. This role focuses on troubleshooting, maintaining, and enhancing automation equipment and processes, while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The position involves hands-on work in a factory setting, including occasional tasks around machinery.

Requirements

Associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field with at least 4+ years of experience in automation support, and engineering within a factory setting
Ability to solve moderately complex problems independently and provide guidance to team members when needed.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement robotic systems to automate repetitive human functions or dangerous tasks
Apply engineering and computer science principles to develop robotic mechanism components and systems
Support and participate in research, design, configuration, test, modification, fabrication, and assembly of prototypes
Provide technical direction for system repair and maintenance
