Working with high-speed production equipment, automation systems, and cross-functional teams, you will help ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations while minimizing downtime and supporting continuous improvement.

Requirements

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
Four or more years of industrial electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Technical training or certification in Electrical Technology or a related field, with knowledge of NFPA 70E safety standards.
Experience troubleshooting and maintaining industrial electrical systems, automation controls, PLCs, motors, VFDs, and related equipment.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems, equipment, and controls to support safe and efficient production operations.
Support PLCs, automation systems, motors, VFDs, sensors, and related equipment to maximize equipment reliability and performance.
Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues while executing preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
Complete electrical installations, upgrades, and system improvements that enhance operational efficiency and equipment performance.
Maintain accurate technical documentation, schematics, maintenance records, and communication across shifts and departments.
Follow and promote all safety standards, policies, and procedures, including NFPA 70E requirements, while supporting team training and development initiatives.
