Working with high-speed production equipment, automation systems, and cross-functional teams, you will help ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations while minimizing downtime and supporting continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
  • Four or more years of industrial electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Technical training or certification in Electrical Technology or a related field, with knowledge of NFPA 70E safety standards.
  • Experience troubleshooting and maintaining industrial electrical systems, automation controls, PLCs, motors, VFDs, and related equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems, equipment, and controls to support safe and efficient production operations.
  • Support PLCs, automation systems, motors, VFDs, sensors, and related equipment to maximize equipment reliability and performance.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues while executing preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
  • Complete electrical installations, upgrades, and system improvements that enhance operational efficiency and equipment performance.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation, schematics, maintenance records, and communication across shifts and departments.
  • Follow and promote all safety standards, policies, and procedures, including NFPA 70E requirements, while supporting team training and development initiatives.
