About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. This role involves monitoring, operating, and adjusting automated control systems to ensure safe, stable, and efficient plant operations. The Automation Controller will analyze real-time process data and alarms to diagnose issues and initiate corrective actions. This position requires coordination with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to optimize system performance, support system troubleshooting, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain accurate operational documentation and communicate system status across shifts.

Responsibilities
