About The Position

Capital Door Solutions, a DH Pace Company, is seeking Automatic Door Technicians and Installers in Cincinnati, Ohio, and surrounding areas. The role involves working on revolving, sliding, folding, and swinging automatic doors and related door products, helping provide safety, security, and peace of mind to businesses. The anticipated pay range is $26–$39 USD. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for verifiable industry experience.

Requirements

Solid mechanical and electrical aptitude.
Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools, such as drills, screwdrivers, wire strippers, hacksaws, and crimpers.
Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
Solid math skills.
Ability to safely lift up to 100 pounds.
Ability to work at heights and use a ladder.
Valid driver's license and good driving record.
Successful completion of employment verifications, background check, drug screen, and driving record check if applicable.

Nice To Haves

Experience installing or servicing automatic doors, access control systems, low-voltage wiring, door hardware, glass/glazing, or systems integration.
High school diploma or equivalent.
AAADM certification.

Responsibilities

Install and/or service a wide range of automatic doors and door products.
Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services.
Track and maintain job-related paperwork and submit it in a timely manner.
Operate in a safety-conscious manner while performing job duties.
Perform other duties as assigned.
