About The Position

Buckeye Fire Equipment is seeking a Paint Line Technician to join its team at the Corporate Office in Kings Mountain, North Carolina. The role involves hanging parts to be coated, removing processed parts for inspection, meeting quality standards and production goals, and maintaining a clean workspace. The technician may also be assigned other tasks by a supervisor. Full-time employees are eligible for a weekly attendance bonus. Eligible employees can receive an additional $1 per hour worked for working their scheduled shift.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 pounds above head on a consistent basis.
• Flexibility to rotate to a different operation within the facility as needed.
• Ability to work overtime on weekends when business conditions indicate.
• Willingness to cross-train on numerous product lines.
• Ability to work well in teams.
• Ability to communicate nonconforming issues with urgency to a team leader or supervisor.

Responsibilities
