Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Fluent English reading, writing, comprehension, and communication

Prior manufacturing experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Die attach/bonding familiarity
Equipment, mechanical, and electrical troubleshooting
CNC tooling and CNC programming
Machine setups for production runs; CNC machine troubleshooting
Manual machining capability
Tool/die/mold setup and repair experience

Responsibilities

Set up automated machining cells for the Auto Process (Cutting Instruments) area, verify gauges and fixtures, and begin production runs.
Run and monitor automated equipment, keeping production on target and within specifications.
Perform precision inspections with gauges/fixtures and apply statistical oversight to verify quality.
Complete optical tool inspections, mechanical and negative checks, assemblies, and changeovers.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues to minimize downtime.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Documentation Practice (GDP) in every task.
Document accurately, uphold quality control, and finish required training on time.
Handle materials safely and maintain a clean, compliant work area.
Meet individual job requirements while supporting continuous and regulatory improvement.
