About The Position
The Autodesk Construction Cloud Application Specialist executes daily support and enhancement activities for Autodesk, including training, reporting, user setup, and application administration. Requires experience working with cloud software, and business process support to troubleshoot issues and deliver reliable solutions. Works closely with business users, vendors, and internal teams to translate needs into system updates. This role typically reports to the Sr Application Analyst or ERP Business Analyst.
Requirements
- Experience working in Autodesk products required
- Experience working with cloud software
- Business process support experience

- Construction industry knowledge preferred
Responsibilities
- Trains end users on workflows and processes in software.
- Executes test cases for forms, reports, and dashboards before release.
- Configures Autodesk suite of products to specifications provided by working with the Operation Excellence group.
- Troubleshoots issues in ACC and escalate to Autodesk support as required.
