Entry Level AutoCad Drafter
About The Position
The Entry Level AutoCAD Drafter prepares basic plan-view conduit installation plans and typical traffic control layouts using reference maps, utility maps, survey information, pictures, and/or street-view images. The drafter updates project progress in company drafting trackers and communicates effectively and respectfully with IES employees, clients, and associates. Regular attendance and consistent work quality and quantity are expected. This is an in-office position in Corona, California, and is not remote. Compensation is $18.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on skills and work experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of AutoCAD experience.
- 1 year of drafting experience.
Responsibilities
- Draft conduit installation plans, including basic plan-view layouts, and/or typical traffic control layouts from reference materials.
- Fully update project progress on company trackers related to drafting.
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with IES employees, clients, and associates.
- Maintain regular attendance and consistency in the quality and quantity of work.
