• Experienced Auto Body Technician
• Ability to bill 400+ hours per Month.
• Willingness to have an impact.

• Perform quality repairs and provide exceptional customer service.
• Utilize state-of-the-art equipment for repairs.
• Learn new skills and expand expertise through the Learning & Development Program.

• Competitive Pay: Technicians can earn up to $200,000+ through our flat rate and bonus system. 30 flat rate, up to 42 flat rate including top production level. and certifications
• Performance Bonuses: Extra pay for surpassing bi-weekly production hour thresholds
