We have an immediate opening for a Body Shop Technician to join our team in Syracuse. This is a little different from a traditional collision shop. You'll be working on our private fleet of vehicles, so there are no demanding customers to deal with and no unrealistic turnaround times. Instead, you'll focus on keeping our fleet looking professional and representing our business to the highest standard. Our fleet includes vans, cars, buses, and box trucks, and your day-to-day work will involve repairing aluminum and fiberglass body panels, repairing and replacing body components, removing dents, sanding, prepping, and painting. We don't handle major collision repairs, frame damage, or airbag deployments—this role is all about quality bodywork and keeping our vehicles in top condition. You'll be working alongside and reporting to an experienced Body Shop professional with more than 20 years in the industry, providing an excellent opportunity to continue developing your skills. Ideally, we're looking for someone with at least two years of body shop experience who takes pride in producing high-quality work. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity based in Syracuse, offering a stable Monday to Friday day shift schedule with no weekends. If you're looking for a position where you can focus on quality workmanship in a supportive environment, we'd love to hear from you.
