Autobody Collision Journey Level Body Techs / R and I Assembly Techs
About The Position
We are currently looking for an experienced Auto Collision Journey Level Body A Tech in the Fairfield area. YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE AUTO BODY COLLISION REPAIR INDUSTRY!! YOU MUST BE I-CAR CERTIFIED!! PLEASE REPLY BY INCLUDING YOUR RESUME!! Examine vehicles for collision-related damage and document the time and effort required to repair and refinish vehicles to pre-accident condition in accordance with industry standards and insurance company guidelines. Tear down and re-assembly of vehicles; welding with MIG and Spot resistance welders; replacing panels; straighten, grind, sand and fill repair panels; repairing frames and unibody using frame rack.
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive collision necessary (3+ years for A-tech level)
- Must have knowledge of automotive disassembly and reassembly
- Must be detail oriented, organized, and have a high standard for quality
- Must provide your own basic tools
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must agree to and pass a thorough background check
- I-CAR Certified
Responsibilities
