About The Position

Carvana is hiring an Automotive Wheel Repair Technician to work in a high-tech Inspection Center. The technician repairs deep wheel damage, operates a wheel repair machine, and paints and clear-coats wheels. Carvana offers training programs for entry-level employees to help their skills and pay progress. The role is subject to passing a complete background check and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional experience in wheel/rim repair.
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools and lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• At least 18 years of age and a valid driver’s license; some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment, with occasional exposure to excessive heat or cold.
• Use required safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must pass a complete background check.
• Must be able to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.
