About The Position

The Auto Test Driver operates self-driving vehicles in Austin, Texas, and provides feedback to team members to support testing. The role involves monitoring vehicle performance, taking control when needed for safety, and helping contribute to the future of autonomous vehicles. The position is full-time, year-round, and described as a long-term contract, with paid training and compensation of $25 per hour plus benefits. The schedule is 40 hours per week, with early morning or afternoon/evening shifts and workdays either Tuesday–Saturday or Friday–Monday.

Requirements

• Hold a valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
• Have a clean driving record.
• Have no DUI or drug/alcohol driving offenses in the past 5 years.
• Have good communication skills.
• Demonstrate strong attention to safety.
• Be comfortable driving in different weather conditions.
• Be able to work assigned shifts and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Autonomous vehicle experience is a plus but is not required.
