About The Position

This role is for an Auto Technician with a passion for cars and customer service. The technician will work on customers' vehicles, delivering market-leading standards of service. Responsibilities include fitting car parts and technology, carrying out service and repair work, and helping to develop team members. The company emphasizes high-quality standards and offers extensive training for career development within the Group.

Requirements

Experience of car parts fitting, including completing basic car maintenance such as bulbs, blades, batteries
Experience of sharing expertise with others
Experience of delivering great customer service ideally in a retail sales or automotive based environment
A proactive approach to helping customers
Problem solving skills
Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends
Age 21+

Nice To Haves

Some experience of working with cars, either as a job or as a hobby
Practical skills and experience of delivering fantastic customer service
