About The Position

In this critical role, you will work alongside other professionals within the team and other departments. You must have the ability to diagnose, test, and repair vehicles and an understanding of using computerized diagnostics equipment and service manuals. The position required experience in one or more of the following areas: Automobile, Medium/Heavy Truck, School Bus, and Transit Bus. We are looking for candidates with work experience in an automotive, Truck, Fleet service. Candidates must have a current Driver’s License. Position reports to the Service Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Automotive Industry
• Recent verifiable experience in light or medium duty automotive service facility
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: Automobile, Medium/Heavy Truck, School Bus, and Transit Bus.
• Appropriate hand tools. Tool Program available.
• Valid Driver’s License for vehicle classes working on.
• Ability to lift, push and pull a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Frequent kneeling, stooping, squatting, crawling, and climbing to perform multiple tasks of position.
• Good manual dexterity.
• Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license, which includes successfully completing Medical Exam, Driving Test, and all other license requirements.

Nice To Haves

• CDL is a Plus.
