As an Auto Service Writer, you will greet customers, discuss their service needs or car problems, and communicate these details to the automotive service team. You will obtain repair time estimates, schedule appointments to ensure smooth and efficient team operations, and coordinate appointments throughout the day to manage workflow. Additionally, you will contact customers regarding completed work or any extra services required, ensuring they are always informed. The role involves connecting customers with high-quality repairs and maintaining a positive, professional atmosphere.

Requirements

  • 1+ year(s) of sales experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proficiency with computers and tablets
  • Knowledge about the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Patience, flexibility, and a desire to help others
  • Motivation to learn and improve skills
