Capitol City Ford Greenfield is immediately looking for a service technician willing to learn from several master tech mentors. Requirements

Have own set of tools
Be dependable with a reliable source of transportation
Strong motivation to learn & succeed in the business
Be able to provide customer satisfaction performing inspections, repairs, and maintenance services according to Ford’s standards
Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

Technicians perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders on vehicles with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and/or Ford standards
Automotive technicians diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems to specification
Mechanics provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs
Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers
Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing technology.
Inspect and test new vehicles and recording findings so that necessary repairs can be made.
