Requirements

Previous experience as an Auto Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role within the automotive industry preferred
Knowledge of automotive repair processes and terminology
Familiarity with CDK Service Management software is helpful
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently

Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and professionally, understanding their vehicle service needs
Explain repair and maintenance procedures clearly and accurately
Prepare and review repair orders, ensuring all customer concerns are addressed
Provide estimates for repairs and communicate costs and timelines to customers
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business
Maintain accurate records of service transactions and customer interactions
Assist in promoting additional services and maintenance to customers
