About The Position

This customer service position earns a competitive salary of $65,000 - $120,000/year, depending on skills and experience. Requirements

Thorough knowledge of vehicle repair work
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, and technical procedures or government regulations

Responsibilities

Ensuring our customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
Greeting each customer in a friendly and professional manner.
Conducting a thorough inspection of their vehicle and providing advice regarding any mechanical problems.
Advising customers on how to care for their vehicles and why maintaining their vehicles is important, in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
Providing customers with constant updates concerning changes in price estimations, timeframes, and other changes.
Relaying details of the work performed and amounts due.
Conducting follow-up with customers regarding questionnaires.
Responding to customer questions or concerns or seeking out someone else who has the correct answers.
