Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in automotive sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build long-lasting relationships with guests.
  • Provide guests with the best information and guidance towards their vehicle lease or purchase.
  • Create the best vehicle-buying experience to ensure guests become customers for life.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their lifestyle, needs, and budget.
  • Start a dialogue with the customer and present the right vehicle.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers.
  • Cultivate knowledge about our wide range of products and remain certified through Volvo's Online training portal.
  • Negotiate the price of the vehicle and convey details to management that could help result in a happy customer taking home a new or pre-owned vehicle.
