About The Position

Revology Cars is hiring an Auto Repair Technician at the Orlando, Florida facility where we build and restore 1960 - 1970s Ford® Mustang® and Shelby® GT Mustang automobiles. Auto Repair Technicians at Revology Cars are highly skilled, well-rounded professionals responsible for servicing, inspecting, diagnosing, and refining vehicles to meet the highest standards of quality and performance. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of all automotive systems. From powertrain performance to interior fit and finish, our technicians approach every detail with care, pride, and technical expertise. Technicians follow precise work instructions while maintaining the flexibility and judgment expected of a skilled craftsman.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Professional experience in automotive repair, diagnostics, restoration, or custom builds
  • Strong automotive electrical diagnostic experience required
  • Must have successfully completed a technical program in auto repair or have equivalent hands-on experience in automotive mechanical and electrical systems
  • Broad knowledge of vehicle systems, including powertrain, chassis, electrical, and interior components
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and ability to use, or willingness to learn, an iPad

Responsibilities

  • Adjust windows and doors to meet gap specifications, eliminate wind noise, and ensure watertight sealing
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair powertrain systems, including engines, transmissions, driveline components, fuel systems, and exhaust systems
  • Perform advanced electrical diagnostics, including troubleshooting control modules, wiring harnesses, and vehicle electronics
  • Diagnose and service chassis systems including suspension, steering, and braking components
  • Install, adjust, and refine automotive interiors to ensure quality fit and finish
  • Perform alignment and refinement of doors, fenders, hoods, fascias, bumpers, windows, trim, and moldings, adhering to tight tolerances (+/- 0.5 mm)
  • Conduct comprehensive quality inspections and pre-delivery evaluations, including test drives, ensuring each vehicle meets Revology's uncompromising standards
