Requirements

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
Valid driver's license required
Motor Vehicle Record check required

Customer service, retail, sales, automotive, or mechanical experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service in-store and over the phone
Help customers find the right automotive parts and solutions for their needs
Use problem-solving skills and available resources to identify the right part the first time
Build relationships with retail customers and professional automotive customers
Process sales and payments accurately using computer and point-of-sale systems
Manage special orders and help ensure customers receive their parts on time
Support inventory organization and daily store operations
Work with teammates to create a safe, organized, and positive store environment
