About The Position

Caliber Collision is hiring an Auto Parts Coordinator for its Oxnard Service Center. The coordinator inspects, verifies, and distributes parts to workstations, confirming their arrival and accuracy with Body Technicians. The role follows Caliber and OEM guidelines and uses state-of-the-art equipment.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience completing orders.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under the company insurance policy.
• Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions, written estimates, and work orders.
• Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

• Vendor management experience preferred.
