About The Position

Caliber Collision is hiring an Auto Parts Coordinator for its Service Center in Phoenixville - West. The coordinator inspects, verifies, and distributes parts to workstations, confirms parts arrivals and accuracy with Body Technicians, and follows Caliber and OEM guidelines using state-of-the-art equipment. The position offers $18.00 to $20.00 per hour.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience completing orders.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under the company insurance policy.
• Able to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Able to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Able to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders.
• Able to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

• Vendor management experience preferred.
