About The Position

Caliber Collision is seeking an Auto Parts Coordinator for its Service Center in Mason. This role involves inspecting, verifying, and distributing parts to workstations, as well as confirming their arrival and accuracy with Body Technicians. The Parts Coordinator is expected to adhere to all guidelines set by Caliber and OEM standards, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment. Caliber, founded in 1997, is one of the nation's largest auto collision repair providers with over 1,600 centers and 25,000 teammates, recognized for high employee satisfaction and commitment to customer experience.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience completing orders
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Ability to understand instructions – written and verbal
• Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders
• Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
