About The Position

Caliber Collision is hiring an Auto Painter Helper at its Fayetteville, Georgia service center. The role prepares vehicles for painting in cooperation with the Auto Painter to support an efficient workflow. Duties may include sanding and buffing, as well as maintaining the paint booth and workspace. Helpers are expected to repair vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards, using state-of-the-art equipment.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy.
• Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Nice To Haves

• Previous collision experience.
• Collision Vo-Tech certification.

Responsibilities
