Auto Mobile Advisor
About The Position
As an Auto Mobile Advisor, reporting to the Branch Manager, you will build, serve, and maintain relationships with clients and local dealerships throughout the community to provide diverse insurance coverage and products. This role involves building relationships with clients, colleagues, and dealership representatives to grow your professional network. You will proactively and creatively offer solutions using a diverse selection of ICBC and private insurance products while achieving performance targets. Additionally, you will process a wide variety of auto insurance transactions including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments and more. You will also develop new business by cross-selling and making referrals to Personal & Commercial Lines.
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Demonstrated sales experience and drive
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work in a busy, fast paced environment and handle high volumes of transactions
- Weekend and Evening availability
- Willing to use own personal vehicle to travel to dealerships (mileage reimbursement)
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
Nice To Haves
- Level 2 General Insurance License is considered an asset
