About The Position
Atlantic Coast Enterprises is seeking experienced Auto Mechanics / Automotive Technicians in the Pittsfield, MA area to join their team full-time. This position offers a 5-day work week and competitive pay, with hourly rates ranging from $18/hr. to $24/hr. based on experience and certifications. Technicians can also earn commissions paid out every two weeks, ranging from $400 to $1400, based on store level Automotive Repair Net Sales. Annual compensation can exceed $100,000 with hourly rates and commissions. Additional bonuses are available for earned certifications. The company is a full-service lubrication, fluid, and automotive maintenance center focused on creating customers for life through fast, friendly, clean, and professional service. Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Current AATI or ASE certifications
- Valid driver's license
- Brake work experience
- Must have own tools
- Honest and reliable
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Service-oriented and attentive to detail
- Enjoy troubleshooting
- Ability to explain technical information in layman's terms
Responsibilities
- Properly maintaining and repairing customer vehicles.
- Diagnosing vehicle problems and explaining repair options.
