About The Position
Seeking an Auto Glass Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for the quality and efficient installation, repair, and replacement of automotive glass. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, strong customer service skills, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, including windshields and other heavy materials
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to use tablet-based technology
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Stable work history preferred
- Must be comfortable driving company vehicles
Nice To Haves
- Prior auto glass experience is a plus, but training is available
Responsibilities
- Repair and replace automotive glass according to company procedures
- Ensure efficient use of materials and maintain adequate inventory levels
- Collect payment and payment information from customers as needed
- Maintain company vehicles and equipment in a clean, safe, and operational condition
- Complete additional duties as assigned, including cross-training opportunities
- Provide courteous and professional service to customers
