About The Position
Gurley Leep Collision Express is seeking a dedicated and experienced Auto Glass Technician to join their team. This role involves providing excellent service and customer care across 7 dealerships and 3 collision centers. Gurley Leep is a family-owned automotive group with 3 body shops located in Elkhart, Mishawaka, and South Bend.
Requirements
- Proven experience in auto glass installation and repair.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Time management and communication skills
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities
- Perform quality installations and repairs of windshields and other automotive glass components.
- Provide excellent service and communicate effectively with management.

- Removal and installation of fixed glass for body repair and refinish
