Although not required, mechanical aptitude and automotive repair experience is a plus.
Requirements
- Mechanical ability and aptitude
- Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
- Valid Driver’s License
- Clean background check and good driving record
- Successfully pass pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to lift and carry large, heavy objects (up to 75 pounds)
- Ability to stand, bend, crouch, extend and kneel for extended period of time.
- Must be able to complete background check/MVR and drug screening process.
Nice To Haves
- Automotive experience is a plus.
- Mechanical aptitude and automotive repair experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Learn to professionally repair minor cracks and chips on auto glass in accordance with the AGRSS™ Standard.
- Utilize techniques taught by trainer and mentor to complete safe, high quality auto glass repairs.
- Focus on personal safety and outstanding customer service.
