Requirements
- Previous automotive glass installation experience required.
- Experience with windshield replacement and repair.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and manage a mobile service route.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift and maneuver automotive glass safely.
Nice To Haves
- ADAS calibration experience preferred (training available for the right candidate).
- AGSC certification preferred
- Experience with OEM installation procedures preferred
- Familiarity with recalibration requirements for modern driver assistance systems preferred
- Fleet, dealership, or mobile service experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform automotive windshield replacements and glass repairs on a wide variety of vehicles.
- Remove and install windshields, door glass, back glass, quarter glass, and other automotive glass components.
- Complete static and dynamic ADAS calibrations following manufacturer procedures.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot glass-related concerns.
- Maintain accurate service documentation and calibration records.
- Provide exceptional customer service at homes, businesses, and fleet locations.
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional mobile service vehicle.
