Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1+ year of customer service experience (call center experience a plus)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Fast learner with strong attention to detail
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
• Reliable, adaptable, and eager to grow

Responsibilities

• Make friendly, early-stage courtesy calls to customers 1–29 days past due on payments
• Help customers with payment setups, auto-pay enrollment, and account updates
• Assist with password resets or login issues
• Take inbound calls and support customers with account questions, payment options, title requests, and website/login help
