About The Position

We’re hiring multiple entry‑level representatives across two departments, and we’re looking for individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and build a long‑term career. We are hiring for two roles, and candidates should be open to any of these positions: Customer Accounts Representative, Customer Care Representative. You’ll receive full training — plus opportunities to cross‑train and grow.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1+ year of customer service experience (call center experience a plus)
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
• Fast learner with strong attention to detail
• Basic computer and data‑entry skills
• Reliable, adaptable, and eager to grow

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Make friendly, early‑stage courtesy calls to customers 1–29 days past due on payments
• Help customers with payment setups, auto‑pay enrollment, and account updates
• Assist with password resets or login issues
• Take inbound calls and support customers with account questions, payment options, title requests, and website/login help.
