Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of Automotive Finance Manager experience
Proven success in finance product sales and deal structure
Strong understanding of automotive finance, insurance products, and compliance regulations
Existing lender relationships with references available upon request
Leadership and team development experience
Proficiency with dealership management systems and digital presentation tools

Nice To Haves

Notary license preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Guide customers through financing options with confidence, transparency, and professionalism.
Present and sell F&I products that enhance ownership and provide value to customers.
Structure profitable and compliant deals while adhering to all lender, federal, and state requirements.
Submit, negotiate, and secure financing approvals through established lender relationships.
Make credit decisions and efficiently close transactions.
Ensure all contracts and financial documentation are completed accurately and promptly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions.
Assist with training, coaching, and developing finance team members.
Achieve and exceed finance product and profitability goals.
Partner with the sales team to deliver a seamless customer experience.
