About The Position

BDS Dealer Pros is hiring entry-level and experienced Auto Detailing Technicians for multiple locations. Entry-level technicians receive paid training to learn professional automotive detailing and reconditioning techniques. Experienced technicians can apply their existing detailing and reconditioning skills to vehicle care and help maintain quality standards and efficient workflow. This is a full-time opportunity offering starting pay of $15.00 per hour and up, based on experience and subject to confirmation. The role provides opportunities for professional growth and advancement in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Work may be performed indoors or outdoors and may involve exposure to vehicle noise, cleaning chemicals, strong odors, and wet or slippery surfaces. The position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
