About The Position

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Combo Auto Detailer/Shop Helper responsible for thoroughly cleaning vehicles prior to final delivery to customers and supporting the repair center by shuttling customers and vehicles to appropriate locations. This role also involves maintaining all service tools and equipment within the detail department while ensuring all detailing work meets Caliber and OEM standards. In addition, the Auto Shop Helper will assist with maintaining the daily housekeeping of the production area. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted parts, assisting with spray booth cleaning, and ensuring tools and equipment are returned to their proper locations. The role also includes maintaining parking lots and grounds in a clean and orderly condition, as well as performing minor equipment and facility maintenance when needed. Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy
  • Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
  • Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
  • Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions

Nice To Haves

  • Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification

Responsibilities
