About The Position

Caliber Collision is hiring an Auto Detailer for its Roseville, Minnesota service center. The Auto Detailer thoroughly cleans vehicles before final delivery to customers, supports the repair center by shuttling customers and vehicles to appropriate locations, and maintains service tools and equipment in the detail department. The role follows Caliber and OEM standards. The position pays $18–$20 per hour, with weekly pay and eligibility for overtime.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.
• Able to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 pounds.
• Able to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Able to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous collision experience.
• Collision vocational-technical certification.
