About The Position

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for an Auto Detailer in their Service Center in Franklin, IN. This role involves thoroughly cleaning all vehicles before final delivery to customers, providing support to the repair center by shuttling customers and vehicles, and maintaining all service tools and equipment in the detail department. Auto Detailers are expected to adhere to both Caliber and OEM standards. Caliber, founded in 1997, is one of the nation's largest auto collision repair providers, operating over 1,600 centers across more than 40 states with a team of over 25,000 teammates. Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy
• Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
• Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions

Nice To Haves

• Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean all vehicles prior to final delivery to the customer
• Provide support to the repair center by shuttling customers and vehicles to the appropriate locations
• Maintain all service tools and equipment in the detail department
• Follow Caliber and OEM standards
