About The Position

Caliber Collision is hiring an Auto Detailer for its service center in Chandler, Arizona. The role involves thoroughly cleaning vehicles before final delivery to customers and supporting the repair center by shuttling customers and vehicles to appropriate locations. The Auto Detailer maintains service tools and equipment in the detail department and follows Caliber and OEM standards. The position pays $17–$19 per hour and is eligible for overtime.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy.
• Able to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Able to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Able to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Nice To Haves

• Previous collision experience.
• Collision Vo-Tech certification.
