Requirements

• Previous automotive detailing experience required
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work efficiently while meeting deadlines
• Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 25 pounds, and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances
• Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean, polish, wax, and protect vehicle exteriors
• Vacuum, shampoo, steam clean, and deodorize vehicle interiors
• Clean engine compartments, wheels, tires, windows, and trim
• Inspect completed vehicles to ensure they meet Berlin City quality standards
• Prepare new, used, and customer vehicles for delivery
• Identify and report cosmetic damage or repair needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe detailing area
• Properly use and maintain detailing equipment, tools, and cleaning products
• Follow all dealership safety procedures and environmental guidelines
• Work collaboratively with the sales and service teams to ensure vehicles are ready on time
