Requirements
- Review and process new and used retail and lease contracts for accuracy
- Verify deal documentation and maintain complete deal files
- Coordinate contract funding and resolve lender discrepancies
- Process payoffs, incentives and related accounting entries
- Work closely with the sales, finance and accounting departments
- Support month-end accounting and dealership compliance requirements
Nice To Haves
- Previous automotive dealership contracts or accounting experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of dealership accounting systems and contract procedures
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
